1. The bottom wheel of the printing machine. When cleaning the table glue on the table, avoid the table glue sticking to the bottom wheel. If necessary, wipe off the glue with a dry cloth, otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of printing.

2. The air source processor on the digital printing machine needs to close the air and drain twice a day; the aerosol oil should be adjusted to 4-5 drops per minute, and the air must be closed when refueling.

3. Emergency stop switch, during use, the emergency stop switch on the printing machine should be used as little as possible, so as not to affect the life of the chain, drag chain, and timing belt.

4. The joint head can drip butter (one week/time, 10-20g), engine oil (1-2 drops, 3 days/time).

In 2018, we are the only one who do Ricoh head machine when the market thinks that ricoh head is not good for textile printing. Around 2013, Ricoh Japan created ricohgen5 head, but at that time, Ricoh head is not stable, the quality is not so good, speed is slow. Many customers think it’s a bad head after using it. But now ricoh head is developed, speed is fast and we can do 1.48m/s for cartridge.

Now ricoh head using life can reach 3 year at least for reactive ink. Based on our experience, it can use for 2 years for disperse ink and pigment ink.

Digital inkjet printing can accurately control small ink drops, high printing accuracy, up to 2880DPI, for gradient transition and motifs and other high-precision pattern printing effect is good. Compared with the traditional printing, the digital printing speed is slow, and the machine error is easy to be generated when the large-scale multi-machine production, especially for the sensitive colors, such as gray, green and so on.

Limited by plate making and color expression, traditional printing cannot produce high-quality products and personalized products required by digital printing.
